I'm just gonna leave this here, best option for Cuban food in Colorado. I live Cuban food but I don't have the luxury of living somewhere like Florida where it's amazing . Cuba Cuba comes pretty damn close !

Been here twice now, the menu ranges from sandwiches, wraps, to plates and sides . I've had the pollo plate which consist of chicken with a garlic butter and onions served with black beans and sticky white rice oh and don't forget the plaintains you have to have plantains. But I will say the last time I went I got the pollo wrap which was chicken , rice, black beans, mojo sauce, and sweet plantains . I know I know , your mind blown . I was too .  The sweet plantains are amazing !

It is a quick service restaurant with friendly staff ! I highly recommend you all try it . Even if it is just for plantains

This is chef Larry again with another review. Looking for authentic Cuban food in Colorado isn't easy. This restaurant came highly recommended to me.
First pretty laid back atmosphere casual service decent.
I ordered the Cuban sandwich tasted pretty good not 5 stars but pretty good. Not quite as good as some of the places in Florida where Cuban food thrives.
Also ordered the Cuban pork. Excellent very authentic 5 stars.
The beans were good plantains good.
Overall a good experience and I would recommend at 4 stars.

In town from Chicago visiting family. Wanted something local (I hate chains). Saw this was close to my sister-in-laws house so I figured why not... had good reviews.
    Did not disappoint at all!
The Cuban sandwiches are great! Been all over Chicago and this, thus far, is my favorite (best I ever had was in Miami, but this is definitely a runner up!). Bread is light and crust, gooey cheese, not too much mustard to overpower and the pork slow roasted was really great.
    Plantains are done well too.
Nice seating area outside...colorful, tropical and fun. Good music and very polite staff.
Apparently, mojito happy hour every day from 3-6pm daily. Will have to try that.
You want good Cuban sandwiches at a good price? This is the spot you got to try!

What a cool place, music, tv's, nice employees. The food was great, I had the Cubano sandwich, it was fantastic. My friend had the chicken plate that looked good.  The price was good and I'll be back.

    I highly recommend this place.

I love the Cuban flavors and influence I grew up on in South Florida and when I moved to Colorado I was thrilled when Cuba Cuba first opened. It has evolved over the years but the prime staples are still alive and well.

If you are tame in your food choices, get the Cubano, a ramped up version of a grilled ham and cheese. At Cuba Cuba, they start with savory roasted pork, marinate in a mojo sauce with orange juice, lime juice, garlic and oregano. Then they add ham, swiss, mustard & pickles which are smashed between two pieces of Cuban bread, until the cheese melts and the bread becomes toasted.

The staff is pretty friendly and will help you navigate your way through the menu if you have questions.
